Peter Degerholm is qualified and available for appointments by party agreement for adjudication, arbitration and mediation. He is an AMINZ panelist for arbitration, mediation, adjudication, and an adjudicator on the Authorised Nominating Authority lists for AMINZ, RICS and FairWay Resolution.
The focus of services is the prevention of disputes through education, assistance in contract formation, or when issues arise through early intervention or assistance in negotiation.
Peter is based in Wanaka and provides dispute resolution services and educational seminars throughout New Zealand. He acts as a local practitioner in Queenstown, Dunedin and Christchurch.
Construction Contracts Act 2002 seminars
Peter has been involved in the Construction Contracts Act since its inception and has delivered many seminars throughout New Zealand.
He offers seminars and workshops on the Construction Contracts Amendment Act 2015, which improved payment and adjudication processes from 1 December 2015, extended the scope of the Act to industry professionals from 1 September 2016, and regulates retentions from March 2017.
